1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Hatchwork, a design-crowdsourcing marketplace connecting clients and designers.
2. Marketplace intermediary notice (통신판매중개)
Hatchwork acts as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between clients and designers, except as expressly stated.
3. Contests, Market & Matching
Rules for running contests, buying products, and requesting quotes, including escrow, deadlines, and delivery.
4. Payments & escrow
Payments are held in escrow and released to designers upon approval. Fees and taxes are described at checkout.
5. Refunds & disputes
Refund eligibility and the dispute window are defined here. Admins may resolve disputes per policy.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership of winning designs transfers to the client on completion; non-winning entries remain with their designers.
7. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, IP infringement, and abuse are prohibited and may result in suspension.

Limitations of liability and the governing law / dispute forum.
