Account details, contest and order activity, and payment references. We never store raw card or bank numbers — only PG provider tokens.

To operate the marketplace, process escrow payments and payouts, prevent fraud, and improve the service.

With payment providers and cross-border payout partners as needed to complete transactions, and as required by law.
4. International transfers
Hatchwork operates across countries; data and payouts may be processed internationally with appropriate safeguards.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed (argon2); sensitive financial data is never persisted. Access is role-based.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, and deletion requests, subject to legal retention requirements.
